On the occasion of the Smart Cities International Conference, the Andalusian Knowledge Agency in collaboration with the NEO Group of the University of Málaga, the OTRI Andalucía Network and The Cluster Andalusia Smart City, organize a Technology Transfer Event, TTAndalucía, in the field of Smart Cities that will take place on June 16th, 2017.
The main objective of this event is to create a University-Business platform where professionals, companies, research groups and research centers from this sector will have the possibility to contact potential partners and establish technological cooperation agreements related to the latest innovations in the field of Smart Cities via bilateral meetings.
The meetings will be organized based on a Catalog of Technology Cooperation Profiles (Technoly Offers and Requests). Participants will have to submit their own technological cooperation profile and each participant will be able to analyze the catalog and to select those profiles of posible interest for them. Bilateral meetings between institutions, professionals, companies and research groups will be organized based on the participants selections to enable them to discuss the possibilities of cooperation and search for funding through the various available support R+D+i funding programmes.

Step 1: Create a user account and register online to the event via www.ttandalucia.com. Please note that in order to register to this event, you have to previously create a user account by clicking the "Create a new account" button. Once you are logged in with your username and password, click on the "Registration" button.
Step 2: Submit your own cooperation profile. In your profile you can state what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering, what kind of cooperation you are looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners. All the profiles will be published in the "Catalog of Technology Cooperation Profiles" section of the webpage that will be constantly updated.
Step 3: Booking of bilateral meetings. Once your cooperation profile is validated, you will be able to check in the "Catalog of Technology Cooperation Profiles" which cooperation profiles are most promising and suitable for cooperation and select them for bilateral meetings. Please note that participants will be able to submit profiles until the registration deadline.
Step 4: Confirmation of bilateral meetings. After the deadline for booking bilateral meetings, you will have to confirm the meetings that you want to include in your agenda for the day of the event. This meeting agenda gives information about the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet. Only meetings confirmed by the two parties involved will be scheduled.
Step 5: Confirmation of the Meeting Agenda. A few days before the event you will be informed that a preliminary version of your agenda is available at the webpage. You will be able to cancel meetings and request changes.
At the Event all the meetings schedule at the final version of their agenda will take place. The duration of each meeting will be 30 minutes.
